Brian Adams has over 20 years of experience within the Healthcare industry. As a licensed Architect, he has spent his entire career working within the Healthcare Architecture/Engineering and Consulting market. Providing services ranging from design to strategy and masterplanning Brian has served both clients within the for-profit, not-for-profit, Catholic Health networks and private practice business models.

Brian has previously been a speaker at ASHE PDC and numerous other local/regional healthcare symposiums.

In 2021, Brian joined Tampa General Hospital as the Manager of Facility Planning, after having led their Strategic Facility Masterplanning (SFMP) process since 2018. He is currently responsible for implementation of the planning process on the $560M SFMP and assisting with the data analytics/strategy that is focused on inpatient alignment/OR alignment as well as general data and analytics updates to the plan.
